Dr. Jefferson

Jack and I came to know Dr. Jefferson as members of the N. Adams Chapter.  If anything happened where we needed her to be there, she always was.  And how eloquently she spoke about the rights of unborn babies.  That was not surprising, coming from a woman who always was kind and concerned whenever we spoke--she just cared about people, wherever they resided, in the womb or otherwise.

It is hard to even imagine the pro-life movement without this gentle woman in it, yet we know Henry Hyde's words about unborn babies speaking for pro-lifers resound loudly as we contemplate her meeting our Lord.   Our hearts are heavy with her passing, but know she will always be with us as we continue her's and our fight for the right to life of all of our brothers and sisters.
May God hold her always ever so gently in His Loving Hands for ever.
