Merry is amazing!
I saw my first Choose Life license plates today - on my car! The plates are beautiful. They raise money for Crisis Pregnancy Centers, they raise public awareness, and they raise the spirits of pro-life people.
Merry Nordeen and her husband, Ken, cannot be thanked too much for their amazing feat. Today the Globe covered Merry and the plates. The reporter obviously kept trying to get the anti-life groups to do something. They are beautifully boxed in! Of course, they could start a campaign for "Choose Death" plates.
Just today so many people told me that they had been meaning to get the plates and planned to right now. The Nordeens tell you how:
Please forward this to your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and fellow church members. We need to sell at least 1300 more plates in the next year and a half, and of course we hope to go well beyond that goal. Every plate will provide an annual revenue stream of $20 to the crisis pregnancy centers of Massachusetts, so 3000 plates will generate $60,000 per year, but 5000 plates would give us $100,000 per year (a much nicer number :-)
