Congressman Joe Pits (R-PA) has filed a fix to ObamaCare that would reinstate the Hyde amendment protections that prevented Governement paid abortions, called HR 5111 The Protect Life Act. This law is needed because Obama's executive order is only a promise, not a law, to protect the unborn, and we know about Obama and promises.
