Drive someone to the polls NOW and exciting baby news!
Many people have been calling to tell us that they are taking friends and neighbors to vote at their Town Halls because older people are afraid of the weather or crowds or not being well on the 19th.
No one should be denied to opportunity to vote because of weather, age, or disability...
People can vote Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at their Town Halls, although some may close at noon on Friday, and at the polls on Tuesday. That is three and one half days left!
Please think of your friends and neighbors who might need help and arrange right now to take them. You can vote at the same time. Your friends will be very grateful.
Thank you for all you do for life! Anne Fox
PS I just received this from Melissa, who does our book keeping. She passed her 33rd week on Monday.
"Grace Alice Vieira decided to hurry out into the outside world this evening at 6:04pm, 1/12/10. I had a contraction at about 5:35 and then literally I went up 4 floors and was ready to push! Thank goodness I wasn't at home, or Victor would have had to deliver her in the car. Poor Victor didn't actually make it in in time. But it couldn't have gone smoother and I feel great. She is doing wonderfully- breathing on her own and comfortably nestled in her warming bed in the NICU. She's 5 lbs, 4.8 oz and I actually don't know how long she is! I'll send a picture soon! I hope all is well in there and I'm sure I'll see you soon. Hopefully she won't have to stay in the NICU more than a week or 2."
