October is Down Syndrome Month

I must apologize!  All during October, I have been planning to send out an email about Down Syndrome Month.  There have been so many fires and I do regularly send out nice stories about people who have Down Syndrome...  National Right to Life News saved the day with these two marvelous articles, one with a delightful Boston twist.
