Boston, 9/26/13: Madeline McComish, Chair of the MCFL State PAC, which supports pro-life candidates for state office, has announced the endorsements of David K. Bartley (D) and Donald F. Humason, Jr. (R) in their respective primary races on October 8, 2013 for the 2nd Hampden and Hampshire Senate District.
According to McComish, "City Councilor David Bartley supports Informed Consent prior to an abortion, he favors Parental Notification when a minor girl seeks an abortion, and he supports a state ban on Partial Birth Abortion.
She continues, "Representative Humason has been a strong pro-life voice at the State House.
"We are delighted that people in both the Democrat and Republican parties can vote in their primaries for pro-life candidates.
"Senator Knapik has been a staunch supporter of the rights of unborn, disabled, terminally ill, and elderly people. We look forward to having the seat continue to be held by someone who takes those pro-life positions and we urge all pro-life people to vote on October 8th."
