New Buffer Zone: House Vote

The House voted 116 - 35 in favor of the New Buffer Zone.  House members, led by Jim Lyons, worked valiantly to amend/delay the bill but the juggernaut was in.  Kudos to Jim, Keiko Orrall, Vinnie DeMacedo, Geoff Diehl, Paul Frost, Shawn Dooley, Sheila Harrington, and Marc Lombardo. I'll let you know as soon as we have the roll call. Let's see how fast the other places that have/had Buffer Zones follow Massachusetts over the Constitutional cliff.  Anne
