Roe to the rescue?

Professor Mark Rienzi has written a law journal article postulating that the Roe v Wade decision is actually a good source of conscience protection against the government forcing someone to be involved in an abortion.  He develops the argument very persuasively as you will see in this essay.  I am so excited that Mark will be speaking at our MCFL Convention on April 9th!  His topic is the title of the journal article, "The Constitutional Right to Refuse: Roe, Casey, and the Fourteenth Amendment Rights of Healthcare Providers." Those of us who were privileged to hear Mark speak at the D C Caucus in 2010 or see the video he made for last year's Convention know what a fabulous speaker he is - he has great enthusiasm and that amazing ability to make things eminently clear.
