Wednesday at the State House

Rep. Donald Humason was sworn in as a State Senator today after winning the special election to succeed fellow Westfield Republican Michael Knapik.  Mass. Citizens has been honored to work with Senator Humason when he was in the House and looks forward to working with him in the Senate!   ... Hospice and Palliative Care Awareness Month is bring celebrated by the Hospice and Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts.  Today at the State House hospice agencies presented information and resource materials. Expected speakers included Kathy Bliss, president of the federation's board and Senate President Pro Tempore Richard Moore.
