Obama Admin. Hoist on own petard by Judge Vinson

Last week I mentioned that, in an effort to further stall halting implementation of Obamacare, the White House asked Judge Vinson's for clarification of his ruling that Obamacare is unconstitutional.  They got a seven day stay which is bad news for them!
