Dr. Mildred Jefferson, the first black woman to graduate from Harvard  Medical School and a leader of the antiabortion movement, died Friday at  the age of 84.  Jefferson, who died in Cambridge, recently became ill.   She helped establish the National Right to Life Committee and was its  president when she died. The Republican was  a frequent candidate for  office, running often for the US Senate, for example.  She graduated  from Texas College in Tyler, and received a master's degree from Tufts  University. Jefferson had also taught  at Boston University Medical  School. She was given honorary degrees by 28 schools.
